One of the best ways to reduce your chance of developing heart disease is to watch what you eat. Certain foods will make your heart healthier, while others will increase your risk of a heart attack.  

This video offers some advice on how you can create a heart-healthy diet. Generally speaking, whole grains, veggies, and fruits are a good bet; raisins, beans, salmon, and dark chocolate are especially good for you.
